I remember sitting in my car one evening.

Kid dropped off.
Groceries done.
Everything checked off the list.

And I just sat there.

Not relieved.

Just empty.

From the outside, my life looked fine. Good, even.

But inside, I was exhausted in a way sleep could not fix.

Not just tired, but emotionally drained and disconnected, like I was running on empty no matter how much I did.

Miscarriages that broke something deep inside me.

And still, I showed up every single day.
